How to delete your account

Deleting your account permanently removes your account, every meal, reading and photo, your settings and your plan record. It cannot be undone, so export anything you want to keep first.

  1. Open Glyvello and sign in.
  2. Optional: tap the share icon at the top and save a PDF or spreadsheet of your log.
  3. Tap the settings icon at the top of the home screen.
  4. Scroll to the bottom and tap Delete account, then confirm with Delete everything.

Can't open the app? Email privacy@glyvello.com from the address you signed up with, and we'll delete your account within 30 days and confirm by email.

Deleting your account does not cancel a subscription. Cancel it in your App Store or Google Play settings too.

Not for emergencies

Glyvello can't help with urgent medical questions. If a reading worries you, contact your care team, and for an emergency call your local emergency number.
